What is Elementless (Swirl-Clone)?
Twist-Clone is an apparatus for solid liquid division using the liquid flow as well as the centrifugal force transformed to swirling action. It has no moving parts, no element to clog or no maintenance. It doesn't need any labour or- time to transform choked filter elements.
Twist-Clone is developed on the foundation of density difference phenomena. The density difference ratio between the solid and liquid should be 1:2 for efficient performance as well as results. Liquid is permitted to enter in Zone A (HIGH TWIST ZONE). Owing to high velocity of the liquid, it starts creating very high circulating that throws the solids towards the wall and brings clear liquid towards centre.
Solids falls in the ZONE B that is longitudinal zone for partition pushing the solids to the drain cup ZONE C that is eye glass.
With timer facility for mechanization, the collected solids in the drain cup eye glass are stored in the bottom ZONE D that is sturdy collection zone. This FILTER BAG available in a BARREL has Drain PIT, which can be planned for time to time collection of solids centre outlet pipe that is adjustable to attain optimisation in the filtration competence.
Swirl clone reaches high filtration efficiency up to 5Ã?µm according to the density difference as well as liquid viscosity being filtered. This device is a complete filter device therefore the filtration effectiveness is 95-98 %.
