Sintered SS 316L Filter Cartridges

"TFI" provides sintered metal filter cartridges that are designed employing SS 316L powder, woven and fibre mesh. It is available with 32-35% opening area as well as filtration competence upto 0.1 micron. It has 70-80% opening area with filtration efficiency up to 1 micron. It has 25-40% opening area with filtration efficiency up to 10 micron. These cartridges are easily cleanable and reusable. They are vacuum sintered near the melting point having highly durable stainless steel i.e. 1250oC.

Sintered SS 316L cartridges are available with inflexible pore structure with supreme filtration efficiency. They are highly useful for attaining high temperature gases filtration up to 800oC. They are available with high temperature resistant, tensile and high bursting strength having outstanding corrosion resistance.

Sintered Bronze Filter Cartridges

"TFI" Sintered bronze filter cartridges are offered in customized size. They are widely used for compressed air, silencing and liquid oxygen for ensuring maximum filtration efficiency of 5 to 50 micron. They are available with the wall thickness of 1 - 1.5mm as well as differential pressure resistance of 2-3bar. In addition, they are cleanable type cartridges that need replacement within a year owing to green microbial corrosion caused due to moisture.
